I have spent over 13 years working at the heart of the UK care industry, and she's used that experience to build something families desperately need; an independent, expert voice to help them find the right care for the people they love.
Having held senior operational roles across the home care sector, including five years as Head of Operations at Mumby's Homecare Support and time as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations for other leading care providers, I have seen the care system from every angle. She knows how it works, where it falls short, and, most importantly, what's actually possible when families are given the right information.
That insight is exactly why she set up her care consultancy. Too many families are only told about the limited options available through their local authority or hospital discharge team, when in reality there's a much wider range of care solutions out there, they just don't know to who to ask. Nancy's role is to bridge that gap.
Proven Track Record
During my time as Head of Operations at well known homecare support provider in Oxfordshire, I spearheaded the team to a WINNER: Outstanding Home Care Provider award, achieving a 100% client satisfaction rate, leading a diverse workforce of 27 nationalities, and introducing innovative practices including the pioneering "Smile File" tool, designed to foster meaningful relationships between carers and clients.

About Me
Nancy doesn't provide hands-on care herself, instead, she acts as your independent guide through the care system. Whether your parent is coming out of hospital, has just been diagnosed with dementia, is living with Parkinson's, MS or cancer, or needs end-of-life support, Nancy will help you understand exactly what's available, explain the realistic costs, and connect you with the right type of care, whether that's pop-in visits, live-in care, respite support or residential care.
She works with families across Swindon, the surrounding areas, cotswolds, wiltshire, gloucetershire & Oxfordshire, with one simple goal: making sure every family gets care that's tailored to them, and affordable for them.
